Jean Georges

Guests at this highly ranked restaurant can choose three dishes from the dinner menu for a fixed price or taste the chef's menu or seasonal menu. Inventive desserts are offered on both the lunch and dinner menus and include the Green Tea Cake and the Rhubarb and Birch Beer Ice Cream Float. Le Bernardin

Chef Eric Ripert, named in 2003 as the Outstanding Chef of the Year by the James Beard Foundation, has been cooking in the United States only since 1989. His elegant menu contains dozens of seafood choices and influences from Vietnamese cooking as well as his traditional French background.
