Lotus of Siam
Boasting the cooking of Chef Saipin Chutima, this gourmet restaurant features both southern and milder northern Thai preparations. Lotus of Siam is located just east of the Strip in a commercial center. A specialty of the house is Koong Sarong, a marinated prawn appetizer wrapped in bacon and wonton. Featured entrees include a crispy mussel omelet, deep-fried catfish and grilled sour pork sausage.

Launched in 2002, this impressive chain consists of three restaurants conveniently located throughout Las Vegas. Pin Kaow's shrimp salad is just one of many coveted creations.
