The apartments offer color TVs (cable offered only in select rooms), a gas stove and microwave, and "welcome food" (consisting of fresh fruit, cereal, milk, coffee and tea). Due to cost cutting, the hotel does not offer shampoo (but linens and soap are included) or a daily maid service (although it is provided every third to fourth day). The hotel also does not allow more than two people per room, children under 12 or pets, and has no elevator or front desk. The average cost is around $210 to $375 per night (depending on the time of year) plus tax for a 550-square-foot apartment, with all apartments being roughly the same size.
