Central Sedona
Central Sedona (the area designated as Highway 89, the central thoroughfare of the city) has several famous health spas spaced just minutes apart from each other. The Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa has been home away from home for many celebrities, including Deepak Chopra. The Rouge is proud to be awarded AAA's Four Diamond Award, and is recommended by Conde Nast's "Traveler" magazine. Other famous spas in Central Sedona include Sedona New Day Spa and the Blue Sage Spa, both located just off Hwy 89.
North Sedona
The northern area of Sedona is home to the Adobe Grand Villas Spa, as well as an internationally known spa called Enchantment Resort. Enchantment Resort is also awarded with AAA's prestigious Four Diamond Award. Other northern Sedona spas include Body Bliss Factory and Retreat and Heal LLC. Retreat and Heal offers alternative healing methods such as hypnotherapy and spirituality tours of the Sedona area. All of the northern Sedona health spas are located north of highway 89.
Southern Sedona
Southern Sedona is home to one of the most famous health spas in the world: the Hilton Sedona Spa. The Hilton Health Spa is a 25,000-square-foot spa center, which includes the highest quality exercise equipment, various pools and saunas, and a tennis court. The Hilton Sedona is the only Sedona health spa with a full championship golf course. Other famous spas in southern Sedona include the Spa at Sedona Raquet Club and the Ridge Spa.
