The Eugene at The Aramore chef was named one of the best new chefs of 2009 by Food and Wine Magazine. Other awards include Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Canoe
Canoe has been inducted into the Nation's Restaurant Fine Dining Hall of Fame. The decor is rustic, featuring wood, brick and ironwork. The restaurant has booths and tables, and the kitchen is open to viewing. The ceiling is where the eatery's name comes from; it looks like the inside of a canoe.
