Farallon Restaurant

Located in San Francisco's Union Square area, patrons visiting Farallon Restaurant will dine amid a breathtaking underwater world complete with custom-made jellyfish chandeliers, kelp columns and spiraling shellfish pillars designed by restaurateur and designer, Pat Kuleto. Coincidentally the building housing Farallon is of architectural importance. Built in 1924 for the Elk's Club, the building appeared in the maiden issue of Architectural Digest and was designed by Meyer and Johnson, a renowned architectural firm during the time. The restaurant is the only one in the city offering various Chesapeake Bay oysters from Virginia's Rappahannock River.

Waterbar Restaurant

Offering patrons with superb views of the Bay Bridge, Waterbar's fun interior décor is also something to behold. In a fashion similar to his underwater fantasy design in the Farallon Restaurant, Kuleto has created a beautiful two-level seascape world wherein Waterbar patrons can dine. Colorful fish and marine life found in the Pacific Ocean fill the floor-to-ceiling circular aquariums. A cascading raw shellfish bar, baked oysters, whole fish, steak and clam chowder are among the fresh and sustainable fare served.
