Founded in 1970, Aer Arann is local low-cost carrier originally founded to serve the small islands off the coast of Ireland. It now serves more than 40 routes primarily within Ireland and to Britain, with a routes into France each week. Cityjet is primarily a commuter airline though it offers Cityvalue fares that are beneficial to vacation travelers. Cityjet offers options to reach 15 major cities in Ireland, Britain and Europe.
Manx2
Manx2 is based at Ronaldsway Airport on the Isle of Man, Ireland. A small regional airline, Manx2 services major cities in Ireland and England and caters primarily to business travelers. The fleet consists of 19 small passenger jets suitable for short flights. Manx2 also offers it planes and services as private charters. Its focus is on customer service to keep its clients coming back.
Ryanair
The largest low-fare airline in Europe, Ryanair operates out of 32 hubs and offers more than 800 routes to 26 countries. Ryanair was founded in 1985 and has continued to grow. Ryanair's primary bases of operations are in Dublin and the London Stansted Airport. Ryanair twice has attempted to purchase Aer Lingus but continues to expand abroad and in Ireland.
