Keen Marshall WP Hiking Shoes - Men's

With waterproof uppers that keep freet dry and well-cushioned midsoles for continued comfort, the men's Keen Marshall WP hiking shoes provide a supportive platform perfect for hiking. Waterproof nylon mesh uppers promote breathability and hold up to light hiking; synthetic leather overlays provide lightweight support. KEEN.DRY™ waterproof breathable membranes keep feet dry while allowing perspiration to dissipate. Polyester mesh linings wick moisture away from the feet for comfort, and are highly breathable. EVA footbeds provide ample cushioning, and are removable to accommodate orthotics. High-rebound polyurethane midsoles supply shock absorption for all-day comfort. Supportive thermoplastic urethane shanks enhance torsional stability on uneven terrain. Nonmarking rubber outsoles with 4mm multidirectional lugs offer excellent all-around traction.

Just got 'em, like 'em

Picked them up last week (Aug 2013) in Issaquah, WA for some day trip hikes. Worked great on a couple of shorter hikes. Great fit and comfort right out of the box. I wear a 10.5 and that fits. Very slightly snug, but an 11 would be too sloppy. If I wear a lighter hiking sock it is perfect. If you wear a thick sock, get a 1/2 size up. I did manage to effectively RUIN them on day 3, but that day was spent saving my friends' home from a mudslide, so I don't consider it a fault of the shoe. If they were knee-high boots maybe. They were completely saturated with thick gooey mud that seeped in between the seams from inside out. They rinsed off fine, but the mud that seeped in is impossible to get out. They dryed out in only 24 hours using only newspaper stuffed into them, which was surprising. I can still wear them if I want to have continually dirt-stained socks. I picked up a new pair the
