Too narrow
Unlike most of the Keen shoes I have tried and worn, this one has a narrow toe box. You really can't tell that from looking at the online photos, and Keen is not keen to point that out in the description. They should.

Nice shoe, but...
I wear these shoes with jeans all the time. They look great and they are quite comfortable. The extra wide toe box is the best part about them for my wide feet. thank you, Keen. My only problems with them, however, are 1) they scuff and stain easily, and, 2) they squeak when I'm walking. That's right, they squeak. The squeaking is caused by my toes moving around in the roomy toe box. I feel like George Costanza swooshing when he walks in his new corduroy suit, and everyone around can hear it. Oddest thing, though, the noise isn't present if I wear hiking socks, only with regular old whites. Perhaps that's the solution. Anyways, I like the shoes but that noise really bugs.
