greatly disappointed
I bought Keen sandals ~4 years ago and love them! I can wear them all day long and they remain SO VERY comfortable - more comfortable than any recreational shoe I've ever worn. Just thought it was time to invest in a new pair, saw the ads for the CNX type, and bought them. I was SO disappointed - they are clearly inferior, even to my current older pair. Their shape is more streamlined as advertised, but not as comfortable or cushy and just did not feel good on my feet. I only wore them around the house for a short while and I am returning them tomorrow - and probably buy

Got rid of weight issue
Although I own other Keen shoes, I have refused to buy this type of sandal from them due to the ridiculous weight. Now that they have been trimmed down they are comfortable and no longer so clunky.

These Keens ROCK. lighter than the last pair I bought. Good toe protection on a boat. Excellent for walkabout after a good hike.

Another Winner
I love Keens in general, and these shoes are no exception. I've worn a pair of Venice 2's for 4 years now. They're still in decent shape, but it felt like time for a new pair, and I thought I'd give these a try since I like the colors better. The fit is much the same, though there isn't as much toe room as the old ones had. The heel is just as wide, but the toe is more slender. They make my feet look smaller, but they fit great. Hopefully they'll last me as long as my other pair!
