Comfortable but difficult to put on
Nice shoe, comfortable. Difficult to put on as the tongues are too short and must be held up in order to put on the shoe.

2nd pair disappointing...
Gawd... I just loved the first pair of these that I got... lasted over one year with daily/on-my-feet-all-day use. I'm returning my second pair to REI tomorrow. The upper inside of the shoe is rubbing on the top of my foot. Very painful... doesn't subside. On comparing my old pair with the new, there is a bulky seam in the new pair where the tongue is attached to the shoe... it's sewn in differently than the original pair. I'm so bummed because the first pair was the world's best for comfort.

This is my 2nd pair...they're perfect for my job where I'm on my feet constantly... walking, playing, short sprints/jogs. Excellent support

Good -- not as comfy as Finlay
Great walking around shoe that can keep up with the wet climate in Seattle. Not as padded as the Finlay--but not a major drawback. A little more formal looking compared to the finlay due to the lack of padding.

Not quite as they appear
After wearing these shoes, mainly for work, for several months, I can say that they are indeed comfortable and are holding up well (so far). The one annoyance is that the shoe laces that came with my pair are green, not brown that show in the product picture. This doesn't affect the shoe's performance, it just makes them look... odd.

i bought these for working around the house and in the yard, perfect for that. i really like the durable toe, light weight, wide toe space and the look. i normally use arch support inserts but don't need them with this show

Put on and Go
I wear these shoes every day at work where I'm on my feet and moving around a lot. I love the comfort I get throughout the day, and the fact that I can leave work and go right to the trail. These shoes are great for day trips. You can walk all day and not feel a thing. I have been hiking several times in them and have never noticed any stability problems. If you're going 11 - 12 miles a day, lets face it, you're gonna need a specific boot. If you want to get up and go with adventure as your only goal. These are the shoes for you.
