Multiple layers of fiberglass are layered around a poplar wood core to provide high responsiveness. Relatively soft flex makes it easy and fun to bound through powder. Fully rockered skis offer high flotaion and a playful feel in deep snow. P-tex sidewalls and layers of rubber foil enhance edge grip and reduce vibrations.
