Hugger Mugger Earth Elements Yoga Mat

I bought this mat for my knees. I have had a knee replacement and have arthritis in the other knee. I needed some good cushioning during my yoga classes, which I attend several times a week. I was a little concerned about going with a thicker mat, but this is great. I can do 2 or 3 classes a day and my knees are happy. Initially, I had to use the mat on an indoor/outdoor carpet and it was impossible. It slid on the floor and stuck to my feet. I flipped it thinking it would help but still had the same problem. However, after a month or so, it has calmed down to be my favorite mat ever. I am now back on the normal uncarpeted hardwood floor. It is very easy to clean and dries quickly. I love this mat and will definitely get another just like this one.
