Princeton Tec Keychain Flashlight Instructions
Princeton Tec, based in Trenton, N.J., manufactures a line of high-performance flashlights for sporting use, including backpacking, bicycling, diving, and for dangling on keychains. The keychain model is called the Pulsar and its successor is the Pulsar II. Both feature LED illumination capable of throwing a bright lightbeam up to 33 feet. Read on to use your Princeton Tec keychain flashlight.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:
  • Princeton Tec keychain flashlight
Step 1
Grasp the Princeton Tec keychain light between your thumb and index finger.
Step 2
Squeeze the body of the Princeton Tec to turn on the light.
Step 3
Squeeze and press the black switch forward to leave the light turned on if you have a Pulsar II model, which is designed for hands-free use.
Step 4
Replace the batteries when the light begins to fade. The Pulsar models use 2 model 2016 Lithium coin cell batteries available at electronics retailers and jewelers. The Pulsar is rated to provide about 12 hours of illumination on a fresh set of batteries.
