There are a variety of Jayco pop-up campers that fit different needs and space requirements, but they all share the same basic design. Pop-up campers are similar to tents used for camping. These campers are made with flexible materials, which make them easy to set up in about 10 minutes.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Step 1
Pick some level ground on which to set up your Jayco pop-up camper.
Step 2
Locate the stabilizer legs on the pop-up camper and slowly lower all four of them down.
Step 3
Open the latch on the top of the camper and find the crank. The pop-up camper has a crank that will raise the whole camper and take it from compressed for towing purposes to open fully for camping.
Step 4
Adjust the beds, depending on how big your Jayco camper is and how many beds it has.
Step 5
Put the camper supports in place. There should be at least four, one on each side.
Step 6
Adjust the interior items how you want, depending on what features your pop-up has. Most Jayco pop-ups have refrigerators that run on propane, and if yours does, turn it on.

Tips & Warnings

Some pop-ups can use a battery that is charged while you are driving, so you have power while camping.
