Alpine GPS systems are designed for road navigation. The systems are used for RV and car travel and will find campgrounds, hotels and businesses. The GPS functions are similar for all of the models, but each unit's capabilities vary. The systems are not incredibly difficult to use but users should become familiar with the unit before using it on the road. This will help prevent accidents and make travel much easier.
