How to Set the World Time on an Elgin Flight Chronograph Watch

How to Set the World Time on an Elgin Flight Chronograph Watch
Elgin chronograph watches such as the Flight Chronograph Watch specify "Japanese quartz movement" on the back to designate the technology for accurate time keeping. Since the user manual for the Elgin Flight Chronograph isn't available online, insight about the chronograph technology is useful for adjusting and setting the watch. The settings for this chronograph are similar to that used for the Citizen Quartz Wingman VI, which also employs Japanese quartz movement. Once the digital time for a world city is set, world time or universal time calculation, is set.
