Please note that rooms are not guaranteed to be available right away at 4pm. There may be times when access to your unit is unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. If guest checks in after hours there will a lock box that is accessible 24 hours a day for check-in. If guest has any trouble checking in after hours, there is a complimentary telephone to be used, and staff will be available 24/7.
