Giro Xar Bike Helmet
The Giro Xar bike helmet is tough, stylish and, best of all, fantastically ventilated for cool comfort when you crank it up on the trail. Suggested uses inlcude all-mountain and trail riding, endurace/marathon XC riding or Super D. 17 vents work in conjunction with internal exhaust channels to thrust cool, fresh air over and around head while moving heat and stale air out. In-mold construction bonds the helmet's outer shell to the impact-absorbing expanded polystyrene liner, creating a light, durable and well-ventilated helmet. A web of tough, stiff and lightweight nylon is molded within helmet to provide an extra measure of strength and integrity. Roc Loc 5 retention system makes adjusting fit tension and vertical position easy and comfortable; loosen/tighten with a simple twist. Removable and machine washable X-static® pads offer antimicrobial properties to deter odor development. Visor on the Giro Xar helmet offers 15° of vertical adjustment.
