It made me faster! No, really!
This is now my everyday helmet for both road and trails. It's noticably lighter than my old Giro Havoc. The fit system and pads are easy and minimal. The ventilation is excellent. My only concern is the exposed styrofoam on the underside edge of the helmet. That always seems to get dinged up in my world. Helmets need to be able to rattle around with large, heavy, sharp and pointy things inside vehicles, and survive getting thrown off to the side of a trail. Strava says I'm faster! Sadly, its not the helmet.

Nice Helmet
This helmet is comfortable and easily adjustable. I hope to never find out if it adequately protects my head in a crash...

good helmet, expensive
It's well ventilated and light, huge difference in comfort over cheaper helmets I've used. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the finish is rougher than I'd expect from something at this price point. (Rough edges on the styrofoam where it forms points, for example.) Watch for a sale, then it's a solid buy.

Awesome Giro. The Atmos is a must!
I use the Atmos for both Road biking and Mountain biking. It's great for both. The form factor allows for great ventilation and a weight that makes it almost impossible to even notice the helmet. There is an area on either side large enough for a mirror mount as well. The price tag made me a little skeptical, but it's well worth the
