Go fast, far in amazing comfort with Osprey's Atmos 35 backpack. Excellent for day hikes, overnight minimalist trips, weekend adventure racing, the Atmos 35 streamlines efficiency with full-length, panel-loading access, plenty of accessible features. Anything that touches your back is covered with a breathable mesh or a special perforated waffle foam that won't heat you up like conventional backpanel fabrics. The backpanel on the Atmos 35 is stretched taut so the load sinks evenly into the lumbar support area instead of riding on your hips, resulting in uniform pressure that neutralizes hot spots. Two quick release straps on the other side of the backpanel attach to your hydration pouch for fast refill access, versatile hydration tube routing. If you've always wanted a supportive Osprey day pack but you worried about extra ounces, the Atmos 35 could be the last light pack you'll ever need.
Bought this to go on day hikes in Glacier Park 1st of June. Have used it around The mountains here in Colorado. No issues at all for me. I just love it. Very comfy with lots of options. I happen to see some other $100 packs and boy are they crap. This is the one. Spend an extra 50 bucks. Years of good use and great sizing. I'm 6'3 and the large works. My girl bought an AURA, and even she's happy with it. That takes something.
I just completed the St. James Way walk in northern Spain and this pack was just right for all those days of walking. It was easy on the back and it fit all the things I needed.
I used this pack on a long day hike. It worked very well. The air mesh back panel was a great addition. It should be noted that heavy loads (40+) are not something I would recommend with this pack. The interior does take some getting use to when it comes to packing. Overall a good day pack and overnight pack.
Overall, the Atmos 35 is a high quality, durable pack. I recommend it for short day trips in particular. It is light, well-fitting, and the airspeed backing makes heavy loads seem light. A++
I used this backpack at a 1day hiking, it was great.Back is covered with a breathable mesh so my back is never get sweat.Good design, good quality. Now I want to buy osprey atmos50 for 2day hiking...
Some packs just seem right. The right design, weight and quality construction are the things that separate the great packs from the good packs. This is a great pack.
