Best of both worlds!
This shoe delivers superb jamming capability, and if you can stand to downsize, also edges wonderfully. It also isn't too expensive (many performance shoes these days seem to be getting close to the $200 area). I wear a 9 1/2 street shoe and got these in an 8 because you can expect the unlined leather to stretch up to one full size. Starting out will be painful! But after a couple climbs, they begin to stretch nicely. However, after purchasing these I tried them out in a local climbing area on a hot day. By the end of the day I noticed small signs of delamination of the rubber on one shoe. Nothing a little shoe glue can't fix, but caused me to give them 4/5 stars because a shoe shouldn't wear that quickly after only one day in the sun.

looks like a pump feels like a sneaker
This is a great comfortable shoe I can wear them all day long. I love the ease of slipping on and off without laces. Since it's a slipper and there are no laces to dial in the fit you need to make sure you select a size that will fit the shoe snuggly all around your foot. Remember th

Should have bought these years ago
I've worn these bouldering indoors a few times since buying them and, to be honest, my feet hurt! But, knowing others who have bought these shoes up to a decade ago, they assured me that the real leather uppers will stretch nicely and I'll be grateful for buying the size I did. I made sure to get the size that fit my foot length best without any heel slippage so that when they do stretch I won't loose any control. The best thing about these shoes is the grip of the rubber sole. It's unbelievable! I'm now climbing routes that I couldn't before simply because I know I can trust my feet. For me, that's huge.

Soo good!
Ah the MOCC.... Where do I start? These shoes are pretty much required gear for me at this point...so versatile. If I go anywhere to climb on any type of rock or gym and can only take one pair these get the call. Unlined leather uppers stretch to fit like a glove. I wear 12 street shoes and find an 11 stretches out great while still allowing a snug fit, with toes flat for sliding into cracks. Speaking of cracks
