Great Simple bikestand
Ready to use out of the box, and accomodates all tire widths (23 mm road tires to 2.25" mtb). Spring loaded arm is a nice feature.

Great rack, especially for triathlons
He have two of these. Going to get two more. We're tried a number of different racks. This one is by far the best. Keeps the bike very stable. The fact that it folds flat makes it very portable. We especially like these racks for triathlons. They stow in a bike box for travel, and are perfect for the transition zone.

Awesome Stand
I purchased two of these stands for our new road bikes. They work great at home and I also take them to our charity rides and use them to hold our bikes while unpacking the car. This stand is lightweight, sturdy and well constructed and travels well when folded up.

Just what my bike needed.
I was looking for something to hold my bike while it is in the garage. This is perfect, didn't want to spend too much money on a repair stand or even think about hanging it from the ceiling from the wheels. Too much money goes into these road/mountain bikes for it to be just hung from it's wheels.Comes in black, seems sturdy enough for a road bike, holds nicely in place from the rear wheel and when it isn'

Flawless
I always lifted my bike and stored it hanging from the ceiling. Thinking there must be a better way for garage storage during the summer, I purchase

Does exactly what it says.
I needed a rack to keep my bike upright, instead of leaning against the wall in my apartment. This rack does just that. To install, you just pull a lever up and it's ready to go right out of the box! Easy to move around, doesn't need to be floor or wall mounted, and keeps your bike secure. Super basic, works as promised, AND it's not leaving any marks on my floors or walls! Great product, decent price, definitely recommended.

Perfect Floor Stand
I did in-depth web research into other various floor stands and read the reviews posted by other REI members who purchased this particular model before actually buying one from the Settlers Ridge location, Pittsburgh PA (great store, excellent staff).Purchased this product to perform mechanical repairs. In addition, this model is effective for simply storing bicycles with varying tire widths.Remove the stand from the box (no assemble required) and pull the Swing Arm for set-up. Then insert the rear bicycle wheel into the wheel cradle and you're complete!Although this model is

Not for big tires
I've used this stand in the past in bike shops and it works great with smaller tires mounted on narrower rims.I've tried my stand with both 2.35" and 2.4" rear tires on Azonic Outlaw and WTB Laserdisc Trail rims. All combinations were just wide enough so that the rear wheel did not easily slide into the slot and between the roller wheel. To get it to fit you must push the rear wheel down into the slot. This is an OK solution but not as easy as it could be. The size issue isn't a shortcoming of the rack per se; but it would be nice to see the manufacturer start making a wider version.
