Information on Flagstaff Popup Campers

Information on Flagstaff Popup Campers
The Flagstaff pop-up camper is also referred to as a tent trailer. This type of camper is a cross between a tent and a travel trailer, and can easily accommodate a family or group of up to six people comfortably.

History

Founded in 1996 by Peter Liegel, Forest River became the sole manufacturer for Flagstaff brand pop-up campers. There are more than 27 floor plans to choose from.

Styles

The Flagstaff brand of pop-up campers comes in three general models: The Classic Series, MAC/LTD Series and the High Wall Series. All campers have a contemporary design throughout the exterior and interior.

Floor Plans

The strong fiberglass roof, aluminum bed support and e-coated steel camper frame lead to a variety of interior floor plans that include slide-out beds, a stainless-steel kitchenette, dining area for six and a 12-gallon shower and toilet.

Amenities

Some of the amenities included with the floor plans include heat, air conditioning, screen room, outdoor shower, kitchen pantry, outside gas grill, patio lights, bike rack, privacy curtains and heated mattresses.

Uses

The most popular uses are family camping at campgrounds, backcountry sites or remote areas. Long-distance travel trips, hunting excursions and weekend getaways are other uses for the Flagstaff pop-up camper.
