The Falcon Viva Hotel at Sharm el-Sheikh is a three-star hotel in Ras Um Sid, near the Red Sea and five minutes away from private beaches shared by the hotel. The bay is a hot destination for reef diving, which must be done through a licensed dive center.

Packages

The Falcon Viva offers a number of packages at different price points. As of 2009, prices ranged from $60 to $200. Basic packages include a simple continental breakfast, and all-inclusive packages include breakfast, dinner, snacks and alcoholic beverages.

Family Friendly

The swimming pool at the Falcon Viva is family friendly, as is the entertainment room. Across the street, the Falcon Hills hotel offers extensive children facilities, which are available for use by guests of the Falcon Viva.

Tours

Tours can be booked through the Falcon Viva to most of the nearby hot spots. Pyramid tours, camel travel and trips to the Sphinx are all offered. Everything is taken care of by the front desk staff, from pick-up and drop-off to packed lunches and tour information.

Beaches

The hotel operates a free shuttle to nearby beaches during the day. The beaches are excellent for snorkeling, and local dive operators offer tours of local aquatic life or the nearby reefs. In the evening, a shuttle is available to take guests to Na'ama Bay.

Il Mercato

The small town of Il Mercato is a 10-minute walk from the hotel and offers a vibrant nightlife with clubs, restaurants and a bustling marketplace.
