Located on the eastern coast of Mexico, Cancun is a world-famous travel destination known for its high-quality hotels and near-perfect weather. Boasting beautiful beaches, vibrant night life and festive cuisine, Cancun is a wonderful place to visit.

Weather

From April to September, temperatures range from 75 to 91 degrees. From October through March, temperatures are slightly cooler but still temperate at 68 to 86 degrees.

Travel Documents

All tourists arriving by airplane in Cancun, including American visitors, must have valid passports. The U.S., along with several other countries, have an agreement with Mexico that allows citizens to travel to Mexico without a visa.

Mayan Culture

Cancun boasts a plethora of Mayan archeological sites for you to explore, including the stepped pyramids of Chichen Itza.

Water Sports and Adventures

A variety of different water-based activities are available in Cancun, including snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, sailing and swimming with dolphins.

Nightlife

Cancun has a festive nightlife for tourists to explore, including many famous live music venues such as Roots and Bulldog Cafe. There are also many lounges and nightclubs, from casual to chic and exclusive.
