Bicycling
The Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail offers more than 70 miles of paved bicycle path that overlooks the Little Miami River, designated as one of the Top Ten Scenic Rivers in the United States by the Outdoor Recreation Resources Review Commission. The path itself--also used by inline skaters and horseback riders-- sports cafes, bed and breakfasts and small shops along its route so cyclists have plenty of places to stop for entertainment and a bite to eat.
Hiking, Canoeing and Kayaking
Canoeing and kayaking are popular pastimes on the Little Miami River, the Great Miami River and on the 2,830-acre lake at Caesar Creek State Park. The park also offers marked hiking trails among 10,000 acres of mature forest.
Zipline Adventure
Ozone Zipline Tours offers canopy (tree-top) heights of 170 feet and ziplines that, at more than 10,000 feet in length, are some of the longest ziplines in the U.S.
Theme Parks and Attractions
There are more than a dozen theme parks and entertainment venues that offer year-round opportunities for visitors to get wet, go fast or go back in time. Kings Island, Great Wolf Lodge and The Beach Water Park are all theme parks suitable for families.
