The purchase price of a new house at Tuscany Village runs between $150,000 and $1 million, based on size and proximity to the golf course. Residents also pay $140 per month in association fees, which pays for cable television in the home and membership to the La Vita Tuscana recreation center.

Indoor Activities

The indoor La Vita Tuscana recreation center offers residents 35,000 square feet of fun, including a state-of-the-art exercise center and game room. On-site instructors teach classes in yoga, aerobics, Pilates, kickboxing and more.

Prevention/Solution

Security guards walk the premises 24 hours a day, and the entrance to the community is guarded by a manned gate. For added protection, there are separate entrances for guests and residents.
