Chastain Park Information
Chastain Park, a 268-acre park located on the north side of Atlanta, Georgia, is the city's largest park and home to live concerts, seasonal events, arts and outdoor activities.

Park Amenities

Included in the park are jogging paths, playgrounds, tennis courts, ball fields, walking trails, a golf course, swimming pool, private horse park and an amphitheater, which hosts the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Live Nation concerts and arts.

Popular Seasonal Events

Popular events include annual parades such as the 4th of July Parade & Fun Fest, Chastain Park Fall Festival and Chastain Chill, a family-friendly music and picnic event every Tuesday through October.

CP Civic Association

The Chastain Park Civic Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to advocacy, security and public involvement. Membership is $95 per calendar year.

Among organizations associated with the park are American Legion, Chastain Park Athletic Club, Chastain Park Civic Association, Galloway School, Holy Spirit Preparatory School, Northside Youth Organization, Schneck School, Tophat Soccer Club and others.
