The Flying Dog Backpackers in Lima, Peru
Flying Dog Backpackers has four properties in Lima where travelers can meet each other, enjoy a cold brew or get travel advice before heading to Machu Picchu or the rapids of the Amazon.

Backpackers' Hostel

With beds starting at $9.60 in 2009, this hostel offers free breakfast, 24-hour hot water, kitchen and Internet access, lockers, safe deposits and tourist information. There are dorms, doubles and quads available.

Hostel Bed & Breakfast

Rooms and dorms at this property offer a view of Kennedy Park, use of library and pool tables and a private bar in addition to everything offered at the Backpackers Hostel. You can book dorm beds, doubles, triples or quads.

Hostel

Although breakfast is not included, this hostel overlooking Kennedy Park has a private garden and bar where you can relax. There are two kitchens and ladies only dorms are available. You can book dorm beds, doubles, triples or the "matrimonial premium" for honeymooners.

Extended Stays

Monthly rates starting at $210 are available in the Flying Backpackers house in central Miraflores. Shared and private rooms are available and linens are provided. Breakfast is not included, but there is a full kitchen and a cleaning service is included in the monthly rate.

Other Services

Flying Dog Backpackers offers a pick-up and drop-off service from both Lima and Cusco airports for an additional fee. They also have a hostel in Cusco and are set to open one in Arequipa by November 2009.
