Camping Reservations at Flour Lake Campground in Minnesota
Camping around Flour Lake in Northeastern Minnesota offers recreation enthusiasts the ability to explore the area's hiking trails, fish and gain access to the Boundary Waters.

Geography

The United States Forest Service Flour Lake Campground is located on the shores of Flour Lake, adjacent to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.

Function

Nineteen of the 37 campsites at the USFS Flour Lake Campground can be reserved in advance, while the remaining sites are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Benefits

The campground has picnic tables, fire grates, vault toilets, solar and hand pumps for water, and a boat ramp. Four campsites are equipped with handicap accessible fire grates and picnic tables, and there is a handicap accessible toilet.

Considerations

RVers should contact the Golden Eagle Lodge RV Campground, located one mile from the USFS Flour Lake Campground, as there are no electric sites available.

Warning

The USGS Flour Lake Campground does not officially close to the public. Check local weather forecasts and plan accordingly, as water to the campground is shut off at the first freeze, and the campground roadways are plowed throughout the winter season.
