Removable hipbelt and sternum strap allow you to strip the pack down for even more weight savings. Removable, tensioned Delrin® thermoplastic U-frame rod is flexible, supportive and light. V-shaped pack body allows freedom of movement and properly positions your load between your shoulders. Spacious main compartment is complemented by a small valuables pocket and a large mesh front pocket that is perfect for stowing a jacket, gloves, climbing skins or wet clothes. Mesh side pockets hold snacks or water bottles. Compression straps double as attachment points for skis, ice axes or poles. Hydration-compatible design features a 3-liter reservoir pocket and drink tube exit port for on-the-go hydration (reservoir sold separately). The Deuter Speed Lite 20 pack is made of tough Hexlite 210 ripstop nylon; bottom is reinforced with a second fabric layer.
