Columbia Silver Ridge Vest - Men's

The lightweight Columbia Silver Ridge™ vest is loaded with 8 pockets so you can stow all your trail items, and it handles hot climates with ease. Ripstop nylon exterior endures adventures of all kinds; polyester mesh lining allows cooling airflow and helps wick away moisture. With a UPF 50+ rating, fabric provides excellent protection against harmful ultraviolet rays. 4 zippered pockets, 2 hand pockets and a rip-and-stick flap pocket on the outside provide ample space for your hiking and travel essentials; includes 1 internal drop-in pocket. Collar is lined with soft polyester fabric for comfort next to skin. Mesh lining glides easily over other layers. Columbia Silver Ridge vest features a zippered front placket with a snap flap to seal out wind.

Love it, too much.

I found myself looking at this vest in the store and walked away from it due to the price. It stayed on my mind and I'll be honest I looked at it a few times online, got made fun of for doing so by the girl friend, and was later convinced (by the girlfriend) to just save up buy it and stop pining over it. So glad I did.Great fit, the zippered pockets are awesome, breaths well in hot weather and packs easy if it gets too hot. The UV rating is very nice. It's been used in hot and chilly hikes in Arizona and to storm a few parties. A very fun and versatile item of clothing. It's an all around awesome vest I couldn't be more happy with. Though while wearing it I feel like I should become more knowledgeable about all things wild and maybe explore a few ancient runes...ADVENTURE!
