Having sold the Sea Breeze Inn which we had owned and operated since 1986 We opened A Cape Cod Ocean Manor in March of 2002 with an idea of a special place for couples. When we originally walked into the Inn and saw the views of the marsh and Nantucket Sound we were taken back by its beauty and peacefulness. Walking into each room we noticed that each had a view of the marsh or water or both. Check-in is at 2 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions. As a bed and breakfast property, the Front Desk hours will vary guests should contact the property to find out more information.
