I primarily use this for my run in to work (~12 miles) and have found it really comfortable. Initially the sloshing water bladder was noticeable, but that fades as it reaches half capacity, and I didn't even feel the vest at the end of the run, even loaded with nicknacks (jacket, food, phone, sunblock, etc.)The pack is super adjustable and a lot of the weight sits on the hips, with a really comfortable hip belt. The pockets work well for food, sun block, phone, etc. I was happy with how well it breathed, considering the amount of body area that the pack covers. Surprisingly well designed, with tucks and stow areas for most of the straps. Only downside is that the bladder takes just a little more effort to load than a standa
