The Burton Fish snowboard is built for deep snow levitation. When you're totally pitted, goggles are caked and useless and you're choking on turn after bottomless turn, there's no better friend. Built for speed and tapered more than any board in the Burton line, it combines springloaded S-Rocker™ with a Swallow Tail for enhanced float, punch and acceleration. Entry rocker extends from the nose to under your front foot, and then transitions to camber between the feet. Compressing the camber causes the entry rocker to naturally lift the nose, improving float while maintaining speed through deep-driving pow turns and variable conditions. Fish Swallow Tail lets you sink the tail and keep the nose afloat for effortless steering through deep pow; snow funnels out the back for a loose, agile feel at speed. Tail contour is similar to a conventional board with plenty of ollie pop; nose stays afloat through the hardest turns and landings, and speed is maintained for the next slash. Elliptical nose shape promotes pop while providing added float and clearance when riding pow and variable conditions. Size down 3 - 6 cm from normal board length. The Channel M6 system offers unlimited, on-the-fly stance adjustability, enhances board feel and is compatible with EST™, Re:Flex™ and Disc® bindings. The Channel lets you fine-tune your stance width to the millimeter, and then dial in your toe-to-heel centering and rotate your angles in 1 fell swoop. Wood core is snappy, powerful and durable; dual-zone wood grains, positioned along the toe and heel edges perpendicular to the core, enhance edge hold and add strength. Fiberglass in the topsheet provides versatile flex and response so you can shred everything from big mountain descents to laps in the park. Lightweight Carbon I-Beam™ riding up the board's spine adds to board's longitudinal snap.
