Great for cordelettes
This is great for making a cordelette. It's stronger than 8mm accessory cord, but only 5.5mm. Great length - just tie your triple fisherman's and you're good to go.Other thoughts:I originally thought the stiffness would be a disadvantage, but the stiffness actually makes it easier to untie the anchor. This wouldn't be good for a prusik because it's too stiff.

Excellent
Overall, found this to be lightweight and easily packable. I've just started investing in my own gear and bought this on recommendation from my climbing partner. so far, no complaints.

When things are on the line
I bought this rope as an emergency rope. Extremely strong for its' size being made from Dyneema with a nylon cover/sheath. I bought a color of solid black.Plus's,- high strength, 3100Lbs break- low stretch and low settle.- light weight.- very durable core.- Highly cut resistant.50/50's- stiffCon's,- wish it was sold as a 50ft package rather than the 20ft package.- cover is nylon so it can chafe (easier than the core).I bought a second and have woven one into a lifting sling (strength theoretically = 12400lbs).
