Like runway lights
I bought this rope primarily to hang my food. After hundreds of nights in the backcountry, there have been occassions where I went to go hang my food back up in the dark only to have a little problem finding the spot I threw the rope earlier in the day (that 50-100 yds. looked simple in the daylight). I bought the blue rope and it works amazingly well when my petzl light hits it. It looked like a pair of runway lights hanging from the tree. I'm going to buy another one to replace my clothes line for those dark trips back to camp. In the two weeks I was out it seemed durable enough, but a few more trips will really tell the story.

BW Blue Niteline
I use the Niteline for the guy lines to my tent and hammock, and love it, often at night the lines are impossible to see and everyone is tripping over them this makes it so people are not, saves torn equipment, and injuries from falls and trips.

Great for Bear Bagging
Used it two for my bear bag two weeks ago when I went on a weekend backpacking trip. I had read other reviews that it made it really easy to find your bearbag at night if necessary. I hung my bag about 75 feet away on a tree that was only just visible from my tent and waited till nigh

Great reflective cord
I purchased this with the intention of using it for my tent fly, but elected to use a thinner cord instead. Since I already had it on hand I decided to use it for my bear bag / utility (clothesline, etc) line while backpacking.I just returned from a backpacking trip where this was used as my bear bag line. This cord is strong and lightweight and held up well to being pulled across branches. Best of all it is reflective which made it very easy to string and retrieve in the dark.It was 3x as expensive as the plain utility line, but well worth the price.
