Great for Car Camping!
The Black Diamond Voyager Lantern is great, perfect for car camping. We used it in our Kingdom 6 and it lit the whole tent beautifully, plus the flashlight function helps to reduce the number of flashlights that we bring camping. However, I purchased this for backpacking and this has not worked out as I had planned. It was a bit bigger than I had hoped it would be and a bit heavier than I would have liked. Even better than expected
I'd read on-line reviews so knew I wanted this for my occasional car-camping but was pleasantly surprised to see how small this thing is. Although I'm too much of an ounce-cutter to take it backpacking, this is pretty dang small so it could be done. I don't use the flashlight feature; just the lantern and it works perfectly for that.
