Black Diamond Magnetron RockLock Locking Carabiner

After purchasing multiple screw lock and twist lock carabiners i decided to give this one a try. I was not disappointed, its incredibly easy to open, has held up just fine on any climbs, and has yet to show signs of damage. The only possible downside to this is that since it is easy to open, there is a risk of opening it accidentally, but it has yet to happen. All in all I would definitely purchase another one

Took me one day to get the feel. Now I don't use anything else, espeacially for belaying. Device is easy and fast to use, locks and unlocks easily with minimal effort.

I got this magnetic carabiner because it was just so fascinating. It locks every time and now I want to use nothing else. The lock is amazing and is so simple. When it comes to teaching others it makes it simple where you don't have to check all the time to make sure it is locked. The lock is still very strong and I actually feel safer using it then a screw gate locking device. I actually plan on buying a few more of these because it is an amazing piece of technology. If you haven't bought one yet, you need to jump on this great device.
