Experienced craftsmanship and aesthetic sensibility combine to make the Bending Branches Sun Shadow Crank Day kayak paddle an exquisite part of your experience on the water. 21-laminate basswood crank shaft aligns the wrists during the power stroke, resulting in less fatigue and more efficiency on the water. Asymmerical blade shape is designed for high angle, athletic paddle strokes. 9-laminate blade features red alder, black willow and basswood. Feathering is adjustable in the increments of 0 - 60° right or left. Wrap Around™ Rockgard® protects the blade tip, wrapping up around the corners onto the blade edges.

OMG!

After shattering my wrist several years ago, a standard shaft is quite painful for even a short trip. This paddle is simply amazing. Was able to go out two days in a row with no pain in my wrist. It is incredibly light and beautiful. I was raving about the new paddle on my first trip out with my girlfriend, I had her use it and she just ordered one for herself. LOVE IT!!!!!
