I use this knife several times a day. Easy to clean, easy to open and close one handed, I find it a pleasure to use compared to ANY knife I have ever owned (several dozen).

Totally worth the expense. I use this every time I camp and have been delighted to have it in my pocket on field trips for cutting rope and performing other random tasks that come up. It's also a lovely knife to eat an apple with.

It's a Benchmade...
As with all Benchmade knives the Griptilian is a great blade! It's hard to beat the "AXIS" locking system. The knife I got had a less than perfect clip, Benchmade replaced & upgraded it very fast. If you don't want to go with an assisted opening knife or auto opening the AXIS system is the way to go.
