Reservations require an advance deposit equal to two nights lodging. Deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
For a cancellation received at least ten days prior to confirmed arrival date the deposit is refundable less a USD 25 administration fee. The deposit is nonrefundable for a cancellation received 9 or fewer days prior to the confirmed arrival date.
