The women's Atlas Snowfall 25W snowshoes blend comfort, ease-of-use and great value for those looking to explore packed trails and flat, snowy terrain. Sturdy frames are crafted from 6063 aluminum to create a stiff, lightweight chassis for lasting use season after season; rounded tails offer good flotation in powder. Easy-to-use ratchet bindings keep feet secure and make it easy to get in and out of the snowshoes at the trailhead. Abrasion-resistant, lightweight Nytex™ nylon decks stay flexible when cold and stand up to the elements for lasting use. Steel instep crampons supply sure-footed traction on icy and snowy terrain; heel crampons increase traction while traversing and descending. Atlas Snowfall 25W women's snowshoes' recommended load specification includes weight of hiker with gear.

Not for me

I like to go snow shoeing on trails in the mountains with the ability to go off trail. I have gone 3x with these snow shoes to see if maybe I just wasn't fastening them correctly. Not the case. I even had a friend try them out. Every time the back strap came loose multiple times. Super frustrated to be out there and have to stop several times just to make sure your snowshoe didn't come off. I'm not sure I'd recommend this to anyone who actually likes snowshoeing. I will be returning these, sadly.
