Elektra snowshoes are designed to match a woman's unique stride biomechanics and foot shape. Spring-Loaded™ Suspension absorbs impact and allows natural side-to-side foot flex and crampon grip for enhanced traction. Wrapp™ Pro bindings are lightweight and padded for comfortable warmth; they're as easy to get off as they are to put on. Floating tongue and indexed fit system offer the perfect fit; FlowTape™ silicone straps cinch the bindings effortlessly. Quick-release buckle pulls make getting out a snap. ReactiV™ 7075 aluminum, variable-geometry frames create a stiff, lightweight chassis for superb suspension response. Stainless-steel Holey-1 toe crampons with shovellike front prongs and sharp end points bite into the iciest slopes. Stainless-steel heel cleats and side traction rails increase traction while traversing and descending. Abrasion-resistant, lightweight Duratek™ decks withstand harsh, cold conditions. Heel lift bars relieve calf muscle fatigue while ascending steep slopes; bar stores flat when disengaged. Recommended load specification includes weight of hiker with gear.

It's a keeper!

These snowshoes are with me at all times while playing in the Wasatch. They are light and fit in my smaller backpack. Very easy to put on and take off when needed no matter the conditions. My micro spikes and these get me anywhere I want to go. Easy to switch back and forth between the two. So far-no limits. Fun to open up the trails with these. Feel very secure and sure while keeping 200 lbs on top of the snow. Very pleased with my purchase and that's a rare thing.

i need video on how to use

these are not very good in deep snow, i find myself sinking to my hips. once i break a trail. then its fine. but its sure hard to walk in these snow shoes when i'm sinking 3 feet into the snow.perhaps, i'm just not using them right?i did have to buy smaller snow boots as my arctic boots were to large for the toe area and even with smaller boots. the strap is not long enough to reach the side clip. regardless, they still stay on nice and secured.
