Lightweight and flexible synthetic leather and polyester mesh uppers offer maximum breathability and comfort. Asymmetric upper and lace construction conforms to the architecture of the foot for an enhanced, comfortable fit. Stretch material is placed strategically in the uppers to help reduce buckling and potential irritation hotspots; wicking polyester linings absorb excess moisture and dry fast. Memory foam-lined collars mold to each foot for excellent comfort around the ankles. Footbeds are designed to supply additional cushioning and manage moisture for a cool, dry and comfortable shoe environment. Solyte® 45 last uses proprietary material in the midsole to enhance out-of-the-box comfort and long-lasting cushioned feel. Proprietary Solyte midsole material is also exceptionally lightweight, with excellent rebound for easy running. Forefoot and hindfoot GEL® silicone-based gel inserts absorb excess shock in all directions, delivering cushioning and stability. Molded midsole supports enhance foot guidance and fit. Special midfoot stability system creates a pocket between midsole supports, enhancing shock absorption and controlling midsole deformation for enhanced efficiency. Lightweight, high-performance rubber outsoles have abrasion resistant material in the heels and forefoot material that cushions and increases traction and feel. Vertical flex groove in outsoles follows the line of progression throughout the gait cycle to smooth transitions and enhance gait efficiency. 3M® Scotchlite™ reflective accents enhance visibility in low light.
