The ASICS GEL-Neo33™ road-running shoes supply a stable yet nimble minimalist ride for neutral to mildly overpronating runners. Excellent breathability and flex is achieved through a mix of airy polyester mesh and synthetic textile throughout the uppers. Memory foam-lined collars mold to each foot for excellent comfort around the ankles. Polyester mesh linings wick moisture away from feet and dry quickly to ensure in-shoe comfort. Footbeds are designed to supply additional cushioning, offer antimicrobial performance and manage moisture for a cool, dry and comfortable shoe environment. Polymer midsoles offer more durable, lighter weight cushioning than standard EVA; dual-density midsole posting improves stability and support. Forefoot and hindfoot GEL® silicone-based cushioning inserts absorb excess shock in all directions for great stability. Impact Guidance System (IGS®) helps slow pronation for an optimal gait and natural foot movement from heel strike through toe-off. Abrasion-resistant rubber in critical areas on outsoles provides exceptional durability. Vertical flex groove in rubber outsoles follows the line of progression throughout the gait cycle to enhance gait efficiency. ASICS GEL-Neo33 road-running shoes are recommended as a lightweight, high-mileage trainer for neutral to slightly overpronating runners.
