Cut specifically for women, the supple Arc'teryx Tempest shell jacket is designed for resort riding and skiing. It's built with room for layering and features Gore-Tex® waterproof protection. Gore-Tex Pro 3-layer laminate fabric is tough, extremely breathable and durably waterproof and windproof. Interior features a plush fleece backer in shoulders, upper sleeves and back combined with a lighter weight flannel in the sides for cold days and enhanced breathability. Embedded RECCO® reflector enhances radio signals from search-and-rescue RECCO detectors to speed location acquisition in an avalanche. Helmet-compatible hood and generous collar protect you in inclement weather without sacrificing your peripheral vision. Waterproof front zipper prevents windchill and snow entry; quick-drying chin guard protects soft skin from zipper abrasion. Powder skirt with snap closure keeps out cold air and snow; slide-and-lock snaps attach jacket to compatible pants (sold separately). Pit zippers with WaterTight™ zippers allow easy and efficient ventilation. Large handwarmer pockets and sleeve pocket have water-resistant zippers; internal mesh pocket for easy access storage. Includes an adjustable waist drawcord and adjustable hem drawcord. Arc'teryx Tempest shell jacket has a relaxed fit.
