Arc'teryx Rush Shell Jacket - Men's
The waterproof Arc'teryx Rush jacket strategically combines two different Gore-Tex® Pro fabrics to provide durability in high abrasion areas and wearable comfort elsewhere when you're skiing. Shoulders, elbows and hood use nylon Gore-Tex® Pro fabric that is breathable and durably waterproof and windproof, yet lightweight. Core and sleeves use a nylon Gore-Tex® Pro fabric that is also breathable and durably waterproof and windproof, and even more resistant to abrasion. Reduced quantity and thickness of seams save weight, provide excellent abrasion- and snag-resistance and enhance breathability. Helmet-compatible StormHood™ and generous collar protect you in inclement weather without sacrificing your peripheral vision. Offset, lightweight WaterTight™ Vislon front zipper prevents windchill and snow entry; quick-drying chin guard protects soft skin from zipper abrasion. Adjustable powder skirt with snap closure keeps out cold air and snow; slide-and-lock snaps attach jacket to compatible pants (sold separately). Embedded RECCO® reflector enhances radio signals from search-and-rescue RECCO detectors to speed location acquisition in an avalanche. Articulated elbows, roomy underarm gussets and forward-leaning articulation ensure easy movement. Handwarmer pockets, chest pocket and sleeve pocket all have water-resistant zippers; Arc'teryx Rush jacket also features an internal mesh pocket. Pit zippers allow easy and efficient ventilation; WaterTight™ zippers do away with bulky zipper flaps. Expedition fit is a larger cut that accommodates multiple layers without binding or restricting movement.
