Slip the ultralight Arc'teryx Cierzo 18 pack onto your back for your next multi-pitch day route and enjoy its slim, straightforward summit-pack design. Highly compressible pack stows in its own front pocket; front security pocket features a key clip. Front and back attachment loops let you clip off the pack at belays. The Arc'teryx Cierzo 18 pack is made with a silicone-coated, 210-denier ripstop nylon body for light weight, water resistance and durability.

Good but not great

This pack is good, but not great. Let me start off by listing the good things. This pack is really good quality. The zippers a water resistant and look like they will never fail. I like that it has a pocket in front with a key clip that is great for storing smaller items. This pack also has a pocket on the inside right below where the straps are sewn into the pack, I love this pocket! The bad, and why I can't recommend this pack, is that there is a waist belt but no sternum strap. I feel this is backwards from what it should be. I would much rather have a sternum strap than a waist belt. Not having the sternum strap drives me nuts, the shoulder straps move wile you walk. Also I feel that the shoulder straps themselves are not long enough, however I am a big guy (6'2" 225 lbs). This is a good pack if you can live without the sternum straps and padded shoulder straps
